Geelong wool is a fine, long-staple wool sourced from Geelong-breed Merino sheep, prized for its exceptional softness, natural lustre, and lightweight drape. This iteration is certified to the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) — an independent standard that ensures the wool is sourced from farms that practice responsible land management and animal welfare. Knitted at Gauge 12 — a fine gauge that produces a smooth, close-knit fabric with excellent stitch definition and a refined surface. The rolled edge seams on the shoulders and sides are a considered construction detail: rather than being pressed flat, the seams are left to roll naturally, creating a subtle three-dimensional edge that adds texture and a relaxed, artisanal character to the silhouette.
