Zoo Fashions is an independent luxury clothing store based on the outskirts of London, England.

Zoo Fashions has been established since 1982. We have over 40 years of experience in the fashion industry and we have enjoyed many successful years due to our attention to detail and our high levels of customer service.

Yes, you can visit us in store at 222-224 High Road, Ilford Essex IG1 1QF United Kingdom.

You can shop either by designer or category. Each category has sub categories which can be used to refine your search even further. Alternatively you can use the filters by checking the relevant boxes.

Once you have chosen an item use the drop down menu to select your size and then click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Now you can either click on the button on the left to ‘Continue Shopping’ or click on the button on the left to ‘Continue to Checkout’.

The easiest thing to do is to email our team atinfo@zoofashions.comand we will be happy to assist you in placing your order. Alternatively you can call us on +44 (0)20 8514 1595, Monday to Saturday between 9:30am and 5:30pm GMT.

Unfortunately Zoo Fashions does not accept orders by telephone. Orders can only be taken through our website or purchased in store.

All sizes listed on the website are those displayed on the garments themselves. Sometimes we also display an equivalent size alongside.
We also offer a size guide to help you when choosing your size. We will also advise you in the item description if any particular item fits larger or smaller than usual.

Size Guide

Most items displayed are in stock. If a particular size is not available from the drop down menu then that size is no longer available.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Maestro. We also accept payments with PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay

For your utmost security, all Zoo Fashions credit card transactions use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information to and from our site.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Orders are not considered accepted by us until we send you an e-mail notifying you the items have been dispatched to you. In the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered are unavailable, you will be quickly informed and your payment for those items will not be processed.

Your card is charged at the time of placing your order and once your card issuer has made all the relevant checks.

All orders will be delivered either by DHL or Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email which you can use on the DHL or Royal Mail website to track your order.

UK Delivery
The cost of UK Delivery is £10 and your order will be delivered by either DHL or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight.

Europe Delivery
The cost of EU Delivery is £20 and your order will be delivered by DHL.

Rest of World Deliveries
The cost of Delivery to Rest of World is £30 and your order will be delivered by DHL.

Some smaller items may be offered with reduced shipping costs. Please see item descriptions for details.

Full shipping information

Unfortunately once your order has been accepted we cannot ship to an alternative address. Please ensure you supply a suitable shipping address when placing your order with ZOOFASHIONS.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Yes, we require proof of delivery and you will have to sign to confirm receipt of your order.

It is not always possible to add items to an existing order. Contact us at info@zoofashions.com and we will do what we can to add to your order. Please be aware that this may not always be possible if your order has already been dispatched.

Every effort is made to ensure that all the items displayed on Zoo Fashions are in stock but in the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item which is no longer available we will try to contact you by sending an email to the email address provided by you. If we are unable to contact you we will continue to process the remaining part of the order. We will not substitute any items without your prior consent.

ZOOFASHIONS is offering free worldwide returns with DHL. Please contact us by e-mail atinfo@zoofashions.comwithin 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with a returns reference number and the necessary return documents. Fill in the returns form completely and ensure that it is signed. Please also ensure that the package is clearly marked as returned goods on any customs or postal forms before sending the items back to us.

We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn. Items should be returned in the original packaging, all tags should still be attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Otherwise the item will be returned back to the customer. Full returns information

If your shipping address is outside the European Union you will be eligible for a VAT refund which will be applied at the point of purchase. All prices on ZOOFASHIONS are displayed in Great Britain Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

All the information you share with Zoo Fashions is considered private and confidential. Zoo Fashions will not sell or rent your personal information without your prior consent.
