1. Who are ZOOFASHIONS.COM?
ZOOFASHIONS.COM is an independent luxury clothing store based on the outskirts of London, England.
2. Why shop with ZOOFASHIONS.COM?
ZOOFASHIONS.COM has been established since 1982. We have over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry, we have enjoyed many successful years due to our attention to detail and our high levels of customer service.
3. How do I make a purchase?
You can shop either by designer or category. Each category has sub categories which can be used to refine your search even further. Alternatively you can use the filters by checking the relevant boxes and then clicking on the search button.
Once you have chosen an item use the drop down menu to select your size and then click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button. Now you can either click on the button on the left to ‘Continue Shopping’ or click on the button on the left to ‘Continue to Checkout’.
4. I’m having difficulty placing my order, what should I do?
The easiest thing to do is to email our team at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in placing your order. Alternatively you can call us on +44 (0)20 8514 1595 Monday to Saturday between 9:30am and 5:30pm GMT.
5. Can I order by telephone or fax?
Unfortunately ZOOFASHIONS.COM does not accept orders by telephone or fax.
6. How can I check which size will fit me?
All sizes listed on the website are those displayed on the garments themselves. Sometimes we also display an equivalent size alongside. We also offer a size guide to help you when choosing your size. We will also advise you in the item description if any particular item fits larger or smaller than usual.
7. How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items displayed are in stock. If a particular size is not available from the drop down menu then that size is no longer available.
8. What payment methods does ZOOFASHIONS.COM accept?
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro (Switch) and Solo.
9. Is it safe to use my credit card online with ZOOFASHIONS.COM?
For your utmost security, all ZOOFASHIONS.COM credit card transactions use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information to and from our site.
10. How will I know if my order has been received?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Orders are not considered accepted by us until we send you an e-mail notifying you the items have been dispatched to you. In the unlikely event that any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed and your payment for those item(s) will not be processed.
11. Will my credit card be charged at the time of placing my order online?
Your card is charged at the time of placing your order and once your card issuer has made all the relevant checks.
12. Will I be able to track my order?
All orders will be delivered either by UPS or Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email which you can use on the UPS or Royal Mail website to track your order.
13. How much are shipping costs?
The cost of UK Delivery is £10 and your order will be delivered by either UPS or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight.
The cost of EU Delivery is £20 and your order will be delivered by UPS.
Rest of World Deliveries
The cost of Delivery to Rest of World is £30 and your order will be delivered by UPS.
Some smaller items may be offered with reduced shipping costs. Please see item descriptions for details.
14. Can I change my shipping address once my order has been accepted?
Unfortunately once your order has been accepted we cannot ship to an alternative address. Please ensure you supply a suitable shipping address when placing your order with ZOOFASHIONS.COM.
15. Do you deliver to PO BOX address?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO BOX address.
16. Will I have to sign for my order?
Yes, we require proof of delivery and you will have to sign to confirm receipt of your order.
17. Can I add items to an existing order?
It is not always possible to add items to an existing order. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to add to your order. Please be aware that this may not always be possible if your order has already been dispatched.
18. What if an item from my order is out of stock?
Every effort is made to ensure that all the items displayed on ZOOFASHIONS.COM are in stock but in the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item which is no longer available we will try to contact you by sending an email to the email address provided by you. If we are unable to contact you we will continue to process the remaining part of the order. We will not substitute any items without your prior consent.
19. How do I return any unwanted items?
Contact us by e-mail at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with a returns form and a returns reference number. Fill in the returns form completely and ensure that it is signed. Please also ensure that the package is clearly marked as returned goods on any customs or postal forms before sending the items back to us.
We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn. Items should be returned in the original packaging, all tags should still be attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Otherwise the item will be returned back to the customer. 20. I live outside the EC will I have to pay the 20% VAT?
If your shipping address is outside the European Community you will be eligible for a VAT refund which will be applied at the point of purchase. All prices on ZOOFASHIONS.COM are displayed in Great Britain Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
21. I live outside the EC will there be any duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
Delivery outside the European Community may be subject to local taxes which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We suggest that you contact your local customs office if you require more information. If you return any items that you have ordered, you will be able to claim back any import duties or customs tax.
22. Is my personal information safe with ZOOFASHIONS.COM?
All the information you share with ZOOFASHIONS.COM is considered private and confidential. ZOOFASHIONS.COM will not sell or rent your personal information without your prior consent.
