G-Star RAW’s innovation lab, entitled Raw Research, first launched in 2017 as a standalone SS17 menswear collection with the intention of innovating the contemporary denim landscape.
For Spring/Summer 18, G-Star RAW Research III experiments with new shapes and silhouettes which are presented in an undyed, unwashed and untreated raw ‘calico’ denim. Executive Creative Director Aitor Throup also places a special emphasis on the fit and functionality of his creations for this collection, resulting in a minimalist and refreshingly organic showcase.
