Click & Collect and Virtual Appointments
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service is now available. Place your order online and collect at our store. To use this service, please select the ‘Click & Collect’ shipping option during the checkout process and make your payment with a credit/debit card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments with PayPal for Click & Collect orders.
We will contact you by email within 1 hour (during operating hours) to confirm your order is available for collection and we will help you book an appointment slot for you to collect your order.
Collecting your order at the store
We will be operating a drive-through Click & Collect service in our free-to-use car park at the rear of the store. (Please call the store upon arrival to gain access to the car park). Once you have been admitted to the car park, a member of staff will bring your order to you in your car.
Please note, we will require the original credit/debit card used to place your order and 1 form of photo ID (passport or driving license) in order to verify your identity and authenticate your purchase.

Virtual Appointments
You can now book a free Virtual Appointment with one of our style advisors.
We offer the same top-quality, personable shopping experience that our customers have come to expect from their in-store visits. Your advisor will be happy to assist you in finding the items you’re looking for, offering impartial style advice and taking care of any queries or special requests that you may have.
Virtual Appointments will take place via WhatsApp video. You will need to contact us by telephone or WhatsApp to book an appointment slot.
Making an appointment
You will need to make an appointment for both Click & Collect visits and Virtual Appointments.
Appointments can be scheduled within the following times:
Monday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
