We aim to get your order to you in impeccable condition and as promptly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day.

Purchases from zoofashions.com may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder. As a security precaution, a copy of the invoice may be sent to the card holders registered home address before goods are dispatched.

However for first time customers, we may request that goods are shipped to the credit card billing address only.

We work with a number of different carriers so your order won't be affected by any Royal Mail strikes.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

 

UK DELIVERY (Next Working Day)

 

The cost of UK Delivery is £10. Your order will be delivered by either UPS or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight. Orders before 4pm will be shipped the same day.

 

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY (2-5 Working Days)

 

The cost of EU Delivery is £20 and your order will be delivered by either UPS or Royal Mail, depending on size and weight.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local taxes which will be your responsibility.

 

REST of WORLD DELIVERY (3-6 Working Days)

 

The cost of Delivery to Rest of World is £30 and your order will be delivered by either UPS or Royal Mail, depending on size and weight.
